Why Online Payments?
No more spreadsheets tracking who's paid. No chasing bank transfers. Teams pay during registration, you see it instantly, funds arrive in your bank account automatically.
Step 1: Connect Stripe
In TournaCore settings, click "Connect Stripe". Create a Stripe account (free) or connect existing. Takes about 5 minutes including verification.
Step 2: Set Entry Fees
When creating cups/leagues, enter the entry fee for each. Different categories can have different prices (e.g., U10 = £40, U16 = £60).
Step 3: Teams Pay at Registration
Teams fill out the registration form and pay by card at checkout. They get instant confirmation. You see the payment in your dashboard.
Step 4: Receive Payouts
Stripe transfers funds to your bank on a rolling schedule (typically 2-7 days). View all payments and pending transfers in your dashboard.
Handling Refunds
Process refunds with one click from your dashboard. Set your refund policy when creating the tournament so teams know the rules.
Consider a deadline after which refunds aren't available to protect your tournament finances.
